We collect and maintain participant TimeTrack® and Time/Task Analysis data.
Your data is not shared with anyone without your permission. You may give permission two ways, both in TimeTrack when accessed via a laptop or desktop computer:
go to Settings, General Options, Research and select your preferences
go to User, User access and follow the prompts to change access levels, delete access or add access
NSIP does not share personal information you provide with any third party without your permission. NSIP uses personal information you provide solely to provide the services you request.
We may store your personal information in data centers or servers in the United States or cloud storage solutions. NSIP stores your TimeTrack and Time/Task Analysis indefinitely. If you end NSIP service your data may be obtained at any time by you by request.
NSIP maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, TimeTrack and Time/Task Analysis data. NSIP follows industry standards and best practices to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We regularly review our security procedures and consider appropriate new security technology and methods. Because we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data please use caution when submitting personal information online.
We endeavor to maintain the accuracy of personal information and rely on you to ensure that your personal information is complete and accurate. You can review this information on your profile sheet. Open your TimeTrack on any laptop or desktop computer, click the orange TimeTrack logo, select INFO and Profile Sheet. Change requests can be submitted to Jim@SamsConnect.com.
