Today’s Tip: Get the RED out.
TimeTrack turns an event RED if it conflicts with another. When you remove the conflict the event may stay red. What do you do?
Click the event once. Look for a red exclamation mark. Click it. This tells TimeTrack that the event is fine and will fix the issue.
For repeating events, double click and select ALL. Then, click update and TimeTrack will fix the problem.
Some SAM Teams elect to keep conflicting events as a way of remembering a meeting that occurred but the leader was unable to attend. That’s fine. It is also fine to use the public note section at the bottom of each day for this purpose.
Reminder: The 16th Annual National SAM Conference, February 2-5, 2023, is in Tucson, Arizona. The conference will be held at the fabulous JW Marriott Starr Pass. Each day will start with a Navajo sunrise ceremony and end with an over the top dinner/event celebration including an evening at Old Tucson, the movie studio where every Western you can think of got its start.
Remember, even if the conference is included in your service agreement you must register to attend…and there are a limited number of seats. 62% of the available seats have been taken as of this morning.
