Today’s tip: Review your monthly instructional time goals.

Take a look at your TimeTrack. At the bottom of each day TimeTrack shows your instructional time percentage goal. If it says Goal Not Set you can click on the box and it will allow you to set the goals for the month and the rest of the school year.

During your SAM Daily Meeting talk about whether you are meeting your current goals and if the monthly goals should be adjusted.

Look at your dashboard and ask these questions:

1. Are we spending time with the people we want?

2. Does the time spent help?

3. Who should we spend more time/

4. What do we want to do differently this month?
